Our Origin Story
I've been a student of martial arts since I was a kid, starting with Judo taught by our local parks and rec, to Muay Thai in my 20s and early 30s, to practical self defense in my 40s. Martial Eats is about bringing my love of food and martial arts together in a fun and flavorful way.
As a Product Developer in the Food & Beverage industry for the past 20 years, I've contributed to launching many new products for some of our favorite brands and restaurants. Huge fans of Shark Tank, my family would always tell me that I need to create something of my own. "Can't you do something like that dad?" my wife and daughters would ask. Sure, but I knew that if I did, I'd have to be passionate about it and it would reflect the things I love.
